- A reliable supporting source, when available

- We locate and review the relevant page.
- We compare the report with available sources.
- We determine whether the issue is factual, technical, editorial, or a difference in platform configuration.
- We correct, clarify, update, retain, or remove the content as appropriate.
Commercial Correction Requests
Advertisers, software providers, agencies, and other organizations may report factual errors.
A commercial relationship does not guarantee that a requested editorial change will be accepted.
Response Times
